Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes and ratifies a Blanket Purchase Order for energy efficient products and electrical contractor services for replacement at City facilities to Design and Quality Electric, Inc., Rochester, Michigan in the amount not-to-exceed $69,803.00 and further authorizes the Mayor to execute a contract on behalf of the City.
