Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby agrees to meet in Closed Session, as permitted by State Statute MCLA 15.268,at the conclusion of tonight's Special meeting (May 11, 2005) to consider the purchase or lease of real property up to the time an option to purchase or lease that real property is obtained. Council will not convene to Open Session at the conclusion of the Closed Session.
