Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby conveys a Right of Way easement granted by the City of Rochester Hills, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309, to the Oakland County Drain Commissioner for the construction of the Rewold Drain, across a parcel of property located on the South Side of School Road, between John R and Dequindre Roads, for Parcel No. 15-24-326-007.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk will send the easement to the Oakland County Drain Commissioner who will be responsible for recording the easement with the Oakland County Clerk.
