Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes the agreement between the Road Commission for Oakland County, Waterford, Michigan, and the City of Rochester Hills for the installation, operation and maintenance of the new traffic signal at the intersection of Tienken Road and Grandview Drive and further authorizes the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.
