Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby approves the Agreement for Maintenance of a Storm Water Detention System between the City of Rochester Hills and The Pointe Group, Inc., a Michigan Corporation, 2185 Crooks Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309, for land more particularly described by Parcel No. 15-34-477-016.
Further Resolved that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute and deliver the Agreement on behalf of the City.
