Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a contract/blanket purchase order for Governmental Representation and Consulting Services to Midwest Strategy Group of Michigan, Lansing, Michigan in the amount not-to-exceed $108,000.00 through November 30, 2026 and further authorizes the Procurement Manager to execute a contract amendment on behalf of the City.
