Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts the Agreement for use and Maintenance of Private Roads for the performance of public and emergency services over the internal, undedicated roads and/or driveways being used in common for the development for vehicular travel, from Pulte Land Company, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 100 Bloomfield Hills Parkway, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan 48304, for Barrington Park PUD, City File #14-002, Parcel No. 15-26-376-007.
