Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby accepts the Pedestrian-Pathway Easement granted by Khaja Kamaluddin, a married man, of 46123 Winston Drive, Shelby Township, Michigan 48315 and Percy N. Peter, a married man, of 37199 Camellia Lane, Clinton Township, Michigan 48036 as joint tenants with full rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a pedestrian pathway over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-28-300-035 and authorizes the payment to the landowners in the amount of $2,850.00.

 

Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
