Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts a Water Main Easement for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a water main on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel #15-34-227-040, granted by BSLM Rochester Hills, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company whose address is 3663 Woodward Ave., Ste. 550, Detroit, MI 48201, for 3200 S. Rochester Road Retail Offices.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
