Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Storm Water Detention System Maintenance Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and Rochester Avon Partners, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 251 E Merrill, Suite 205, Birmingham, MI 48009, for Rochester Square, Parcel #15-14-351-069.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
