Request for Adoption of a Street Resolution to place Jewell Drive (Regal Estates Condominium Subdivision) within the City Local Street System for the purpose of obtaining funds under Act 51, P.A. 1951, as amended

Whereas, it is necessary to furnish information to the State of Michigan to place said street within the City Local Street System for the purpose of obtaining funds under Act 51, P.A. 1951 as amended.
Now, Therefore Be It Resolved,
1. That the said street is described as:
Jewell Drive as depicted in the "Master Deed of Regal Estates Condominium Subdivision" as recorded in Liber 47959 Pages 415-484, Oakland County Records being part of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 25, T3N, R11E, City of Rochester Hills, Oakland County, Michigan, and as depicted in the "First Amendment to Master Deed of Regal Estates" as recorded in Liber 48524 Pages 814-822, and any other amendments to the Master Deed that may occur hereafter, and
2. That said street is located within City right-of-way and are under the control of the City of Rochester Hills, and
3. That said street is certified as public streets and are for public street purposes, and
4. That said street is accepted into the City Local Street System, and
5. That said street is open for traffic on September 22, 2015 and have been constructed according to City standards.
