Request to Amend GSAB Bylaws and Rules of Procedure

Body

Whereas, the Green Space Advisory Board (GSAB) has reviewed its Bylaws and Rules of Procedure at its Regular Meeting of April 22, 2014; and

Whereas, GSAB has made suggested changes to appropriate Articles relevant to stewardship and non-voting members, as well as some minor housekeeping changes;

Now Therefore Be It Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council approves the proposed amendments to the GSAB Bylaws and Rules of Procedure as presented.
