Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes the award of a contract to Advanced Services 1, Inc., Sterling Heights, Michigan as the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder for the purchase of the Community Development Block Grant Program Home Chore Program for Yard Maintenance Services for Fall 2004 and Spring 2005 in the amount not-to-exceed $20,000.00 through July 1, 2005.  
 
Further Resolved that the Mayor is authorized to execute the contract on behalf of the City.
