Whereas, the City of Rochester Hills was granted a Watermain Easement (copy attached), dated May 3, 1994, recorded at Liber 15058, Page 475, Oakland County Register of Deeds; and whereas, Crittenton has relocated a section of the watermain within the easement recorded in Liber 15058, Page 475, and granted a new easement for the relocation and watermain.
Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby grants a partial release of the watermain easement recorded in Liber 15058, Page 475, and hereby directs the City Clerk to record the release of watermain easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
