Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Watermain Easement granted Amerco Real Estate Company, a Nevada Corporation, of 5555 Kietzke Lane, Suite 100, Reno, Nevada 89511, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-02-300-004.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
