Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby agrees to terminate and release the Sanitary Sewer Easement and watermain Easement granted by Pulte Land Company, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 100 Bloomfield Hills Parkway, Bloomfield Hills, Michigan 48304, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain and Sanitary Sewer over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-26-376-007.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
