Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Storm Water System Maintenance Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and Eastlake Northwest, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 24211 Little Mack, St. Clair Shores, MI 48080, for Auburn Road Medical Office, Parcel #15-32-228-128.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
