Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Warranty Deed for the public road rights of way for John R granted by Executive Place LLC, whose address is 5485 Abbey Road, Rochester, MI 48306, to the City of Rochester Hills, a Municipal Corporation, whose address is 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309, for part of Parcel No. 15-36-352-018.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the Warranty Deed with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
