Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Maintenance Agreement for Maintenance and Repair of Private Road between the City of Rochester Hills and Auburn Angara Oaks LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 14496 North Sheldon Road, Suite 203, Plymouth, MI 48170 for Parcel #15-32-201-001 through -004, and #15-32-201-006.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
