Resolved that an Ordinance to amend Chapter 138 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Rochester Hills, Oakland County, Michigan to rezone three parcels of land totaling approximately 29 acres to PUD (Planned Unit Development, identified as Parcel Nos. 15-23-300-035, 15-23-301-002 and 15-23-152-015, located east of Rochester Road and south of Avon, is hereby accepted for Second Reading and adopted and shall become effective on Friday, May 14, 2004 the day following its publication on Thursday, May 15, 2004 in the Rochester Eccentric newspaper.
