Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts the watermain easement granted by Crittenton Hospital, 1101 W. University Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48307, over, on, under, through, and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. #15-15-101-003.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
