Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby concurs with the recommendation of the Community Development & Viability (CDV) Committee and adopts the City of Rochester Hills Rezoning Notification Signs Policy that requires posting notification signs on property proposed for rezoning in an effort to improve and expand the City's public notification process.
