Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Final Plat for Butler Ridge Subdivision No. 2, City File No. 90-253.2, an 89-lot subdivision on part of 116 acres, located west of Adams Road and south of Butler, identified as Parcel No. 15-19-300-007, zoned R-2, One Family Residential, subject to submittal of all required performance guarantees, fees, and other requirements, which must be met prior to release of the Mylar; Jensam LLC, applicant.
