Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Storm Water Detention System Maintenance Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and VDG Walton, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 36400 Woodward Ave., Suite 240, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304, for Starbucks on Walton, Parcel #15-09-476-030.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
