Whereas, on August 4, 2022 the Oakland County Board of Commissioners voted to retain a new Equalization Officer and as a result required the revision of the Interlocal Agreement between Rochester Hills and Oakland County
Therefore, be it Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and Oakland County for the Designated Assessor for the period January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2027 and authorizes the Mayor to enter into said agreement.
