Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby approves an Agreement for Maintenance of a Storm Water Detention System between the City of Rochester Hills and American Land, Inc., a Michigan Corporation, 30555 Hoover, Warren, MI 48093, to insure that the storm system is maintained for proper operation on land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-25-351-040.
Further Resolved that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute and deliver the agreement on behalf of the City.
