Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts a Water Main Easement for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a water main on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel #15-09-476-030, granted by VDG Walton, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 36400 Woodward, Suite 240, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304 for Starbucks on Walton.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
