Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a blanket purchase order/contract for engineering services for the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) to Hubbell, Roth & Clark, Inc., Bloomfield Hills, Michigan in the amount not-to-exceed $83,270.00 and further authorizes the Procurement Manager to execute an agreement on behalf of the City.
