Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Storm Sewer easement granted by Unity Church of Rochester, a Michigan Ecclesiastical Corporation, of 1038 Harding Ave., Rochester Hills, MI 48307 for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a Storm Sewer Easement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No.  15-15-326-003.

Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
