Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a watermain easement granted by Crittenton Hospital Medical Center, 1101 W. University Dr., Rochester Hills, MI 48307, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain easement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. #15-28-151-006.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
