Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby agrees to convene to Closed Session, as permitted by State Statute MCLA 15.268, to consult with the Attorney regarding trial or settlement strategy in connection with specific pending litigation, Adams/Hamlin Development v. the City of Rochester Hills. Council will reconvene to Open Session following the Closed Session.
