Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a watermain easement granted by TCF National Bank, a National Banking Association, 401 East Liberty Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain easement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-03-477-036.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
