Resolved that the AIS Committee has examined the creation of a committee to promote communication between the City and the local business community in an effort to mitigate instances of disagreement regarding City ordinances and policies as an intermediary step prior to the pursuit of a lawsuit or a hearing before such bodies as the Zoning Board of Appeals/Sign Board of Appeals and recommends that the creation of a committee is not needed at this time.
