Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts a Woodland Conservation Easement for the protection of the existing regulated trees on land more particularly described as Parcel #15-15-451-011, granted by Rochester University, a Michigan nonprofit corporation, whose address is 800 W. Avon Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307, for Rochester University Townhomes (aka The Groves).
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland Count Register of Deeds.
