Approval of Contract between the City of Rochester Hills and the Oakland County Sheriff's Department for Police Services from 2004 through 2008

Whereas, the City of Rochester Hills has engaged the services of the Oakland County Sheriff's Department for several years;
And Whereas, the current five-year contract between the City of Rochester Hills and the Oakland County Sheriff's Department expires at the end of 2003;
And Whereas, the City of Rochester Hills desires to continue using the services of the Oakland County Sheriff's Department at the expiration of the current contract;
Resolved that the City of Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the new 2004-2008 police services contract between the City of Rochester Hills and the Oakland County Sheriff's Department;
Be It Further Resolved, that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute and deliver the contract on behalf of the City.
