Section 21.03.i of Ordinance 200 states that an accessory building in an R-3 zoning district shall be subject to the approval of the Zoning Board of Appeals unless the structure is intended for one or more of the following uses: (1) a garage for the storing of cars or trucks incidental to the principal use of the property or storage of other equipment incidental and related to the lawful conforming use of the property; (2) a private stable for the raising and keeping of animals in conformance with Ordinance standards; (3) a portable tool storage shed or similar building of a portable nature, less than 10 square feet. The use of the proposed structure requires the approval of the Zoning Board of Appeals - File No. 95-016 - 641 W. Hamlin, Mr. and Mrs. Terry Upton, Applicants
