Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes an amendment and increase to the contract/blanket purchase order for added scope of services to Nowak and Fraus Engineers, Pontiac, Michigan for additional design work to address and include erosion control measures to existing drainage systems at Borden Park in the amount of $45,832.00 and to add scope of services for design work to construct a new pathway from the new roundabout pathway at Avon Road and heading north to connect to existing trails within Bloomer Park in the amount of $50,092.00 for a new total not-to-exceed contract amount of $211,024.00 and further authorizes the Mayor to execute a contract amendment on behalf of the City.
