Request for an Appeal, pursuant to Ordinance 200, of the Building Department's determination that an existing nonconforming screened in porch constitutes a separate structure, and because more than 75% of the porch is to be removed, it cannot be rebuilt. The applicant believes the existing porch is a part of the entire residence.
