Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby conveys a highway easement granted by City of Rochester Hills, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI  48309-3033, to the Road Commission of Oakland County, of 31001 Lahser Road, Beverly Hills, MI  48025, for Adams Road crossing of the Clinton River Trail Property over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-30-401-007.

Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
