Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts an Amendment to a Pedestrian/Bicycle Pathway Easement granted by Leader Dogs for the Blind, Inc., 1039 S. Rochester Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a Pedestrian/Bicycle Pathway over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-23-101-024.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
