Motion passed at the November 22, 1999 Meeting:

MOTION by Brennan, seconded by Hill, for File No. 99-027, that the postponed request for a variance of 21.73 feet in width from Section 20.00, Table 20.00, Schedule of Regulations of Ordinance 200, to allow the expansion of the existing use located at 755 Rochester Road on a lot which is 378.27 in width, BE REMOVED FROM THE TABLE, for Fox Volkswagon, Inc., 755 Rochester Road S, Rochester Hills, MI 48307.  After further research, it is the City Attorney and City Staff's opinion that the variance is not needed.
