Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a conservation easement granted by Singh Cider Mill Village, L.L.C., a Michigan limited liability company, 7125 Orchard Lake Road, Suite 200, West Bloomfield, Michigan 48322, to protect the functions and values of the existing woodlands and wetlands, over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No 15-13-401-001.

Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
