Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council accepts the terms of the Grant Agreement between the City and the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity FY26 One Time Enhancement Grant, Grant #E20260105 for $2,000,000.00 for roadway infrastructure and a community gathering space at Nowicki Park and further authorizes the Mayor to execute the agreement and any subsequent required documentation on behalf of the City.
