Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby approves the Storm Water Detention System Maintenance Agreement between the City of Rochester Hills and 1950 Avon, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 1950 E. Avon Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307, for Yates Cider Mill Storage Building, Parcel #15-13-427-002.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the agreement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
