Acceptance of a Watermain Easement granted by Fifth Third Bank, for Parcel No. 15-23-152-015

Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a watermain easement granted by Fifth Third Bank, a Michigan Banking Corporation, 2000 Towne Center, Suite 1600, JDJTWN3D, Southfield, Michigan 48075, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain easement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-23-152-015.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
