Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills hereby accepts a Sanitary Sewer Easement for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a sanitary sewer on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel #15-07-376-038, granted by Walton Oaks LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, whose address is 14496 North Sheldon Road, Suite 230, Plymouth, MI 48170, for Walton Oaks.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
