Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council hereby authorizes a blanket purchase order for the renewal of public safety technology to Flock Group, Atlanta, Georgia in the amount not-to-exceed $183,000.00 for a three-year period.
Further Resolved, that the City’s Advisory Traffic & Safety Board shall provide a yearly report to Council regarding the public safety technology within the City, and
Further Resolved, that the City’s acceptance of the proposal and approval of the award of a contract shall be contingent and conditioned upon the parties’ entry into and execution of a written agreement acceptable to the City.
