Resolved, that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a watermain easement granted by Avondale School District, a Michigan School District, 2940 Waukegan Street, Auburn Hills, MI 48326, for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a watermain, over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. #15-33-200-019.
Further Resolved, that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
