Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts the Amended and Restated Declaration of Restrictions and Easements for Butler Ridge Subdivision No. 1 providing for the inclusion of Butler Ridge Subdivision No. 2 (City File No. 90-205.3).  The property is zoned R-2, One Family Residential and known as Parcel No. 15-19-300-007.

Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the amendment with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
