Resolved that the Rochester Hills City Council, on behalf of the City of Rochester Hills, hereby accepts a Pedestrian-Bicycle Pathway Easement granted by Abiding Presence Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1550 Walton Boulevard, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48307 for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of a Pedestrian-Bicycle Pathway Easement over, on, under, through and across land more particularly described as Parcel No. 15-09-378-022.
Further Resolved that the City Clerk is directed to record the easement with the Oakland County Register of Deeds.
